The Woodstock Recreation Center project includes the selective demolition, renovation, and new construction of a municipal recreational facility located at 820 Lake Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois. The scope of work includes structural modifications; new and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; hazardous material abatement; exterior envelope improvements; and the addition of new interior program areas including multipurpose spaces, locker rooms, and administrative offices. Site work includes reconfigured parking, ADA-accessible routes, landscaping, utility coordination, and stormwater management upgrades.
