The Ohio Department of Health’s Bureau of Environmental Health and Radiation Protection is requesting a quote for the items in the attached specifications list with the same or equivalent specifications.
Tariffs and Shipping to the final destination MUST be included in quoted line-item response. Total invoiced amount cannot exceed the amount of purchase order upon award. The State of Ohio is tax exempt. Ship to: Ohio Department of Health Attn: BEHRP 246 North High Street Columbus, OH 43215 Delivery details: Loading Dock is open Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 3:30 PM (closed federal holidays), nothing larger than a box truck should be used for delivery. ODH is the lead state agency for radiological emergency response and must be prepared for any potential incidents. It is important to maintain worker safety as well. The requested items assist the program in ensuring that Ohioans aren’t exposed to high radiation levels. Their primary purpose is to monitor the air breathed by the worker, providing insights into their exposure to hazardous substances. This helps assess potential health risks, determine if protective equipment is adequate, and ensure compliance with regulations. |
