Mainstreet Sidewalk Extension

Bids will be received by the City of Helen, Georgia, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of the Main Street Sidewalk Extension Project in Helen, Georgia. Bids will be received at the City of Helen, 25 Alpenrosen Strasse, Helen, Georgia 30545 until 2:00pm on February 18th , 2025. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:

Construction of approximately 1,050 L.F. of 6-foot wide sidewalks, 1,020 L.F. of 30¿ curb and gutter, storm drain structures and associated pipes, erosion control, stripping, and associated appurtenances for a complete project.

Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER.
