Sealed written bids will be received at the Yarmouth Department of Public Works, 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA, 02673, until 2:00 P.M. on Monday June 9, 2025, at which time and place, the bids will be publicly opened and read for the following: Elevator maintenance and inspection services.

Specifications may be obtained at the Office of Department of Public Works, 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA, 02673, after May 21, 2025, and on the Town of Yarmouth website at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond equal to fifty percent of the contract amount. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the bid price. This bid will be awarded by the Town Administrator.
