The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) of New York, is soliciting quotes from contractors to provide Sludge Management and Tank Cleaning Services for the New Jersey Healthcare System at the Lyons Campus under a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This solicitation is issued with a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.

This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. The solicitation will be issued with a total SDVOSB Business set-aside, and an award will be made to the offeror who is evaluated as providing the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are listed in the solicitation. All responsible, certified Small Businesses under the identified NAICS may submit quotes for the Agency's consideration.
