Request for Proposal
2. The City of Calgary is looking for a qualified Supplier to Supply and Delivery of insulated Transit Operators Winter Footwear for male and female with excellent ice and snow traction soles.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal,
legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial term of three (3) year with the option for a two (2) additional one (1) year term renewal for a maximum of 5-years term.
