Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 2nd day of July 2026 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

Per Addendum 2, the Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight time (EDT) on the 9th day of July 2026 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fees may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on June 9, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held on-site in Room B082 of the Physics Building (PHYS), located at 525 Northwestern Ave., West Lafayette, IN.
