T010 - VISUAL INFORMATION SERVICE CENTER (VISC) SUPPORT SERVICE

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing video, photographic, imaging, artistic, digital processing, and graphic design support services for the Visual Information Services Center (VISC) located at the Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) Groton, CT, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Test Procedures with Firm-Fixed-Price Provisions. The Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a 12-month Period of Performance (PoP). This is a SYNOPSIS only. The RFQ number is N00189-24-Q-G006. The NAICS Code is 541922 - Commercial Photography, and the small business standard is 9 MilUSD. This requirement is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation is being posted on both SAM (https://www.sam.gov) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail ONLY. The solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through the FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Lack of registration in the System of Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award. It is highly recommended to read the RFQ in its entirety. Any missing documentation or requirement from the submitted package will automatically disqualify the bid from further evaluation. Payment will be made with Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). This is a continuing service. The current contract is N0018919PG054 and the incumbent is Fisher-Cal Industries.
