The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Airfield Management Services (AMS) at Robins AFB, Georgia. The contractor shall perform all Airfield Management functions in accordance with AFMAN 13-204 Volume 1 Management of Airfield Operations, 13-204 Volume 2 Airfield Management DAFI 13-213 Airfield Driving, and the governing PWS. The contractor shall submit reports and documentation as identified. Request for such reports and documentation and responses shall be coordinated through the on-site Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Some of the main contractor tasks include: Airfield Management; project planning, review and implementation, aircraft parking plans, operational exercises, air show/open house planning, operational publication and plan reviews and other tasks as defined in governing instructions. Airfield Inspections and Checks; certification and safety, wildlife hazards, construction areas, security, airfield lighting and other tasks as defined in governing instructions. Managing the Airfield Maintenance; identification, restoral, and project acceptance, and other tasks as defined in governing instructions. 13M Airfield Operations Officer Training; AMOC PCG and AFCETP training and other tasks as defined in governing instructions. Flight Planning Publications and NOTAMS; receipt, accountability, distribution of FLIP publications, identification, verification and publication of NOTAMs and other tasks as defined in governing instructions. Emergency Response; In Flight/Ground Emergencies, Bird Hazards, Weather phenomenon and other tasks as defined in governing instructions. The Robins AFB Airfield Management Services operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week or as directed by the 78 ABW/CC. The contractor shall provide an Airfield Management Site Manager between the hours of 0730- 1630, Monday through Friday.
IAW DAFFARS 5305.04 FOREIGN PARTICIPATION AT THE PRIME CONTRACTOR LEVEL IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS TIME.
One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
