Project Description: North Carolina State University is seeking firms to provide limited term Professional Design Services for small renovations and new construction projects under $500K for the following disciplines. Please submit one copy of your proposal. Services solicited (the number of firms to be selected is shown in parentheses): Architectural (6); Asbestos, Environmental, Hazardous Materials (5), Civil Engineering/Landscape Architecture (3), Commissioning (3), Electrical (6), GIS/Surveying (3), Lab Design (3), Mechanical (6), Roofing (3); Structural Engineering(3); Testing (4). Please note submittal information for each discipline is located at the bottom of each briefing sheet.
