Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health, Center for Cancer Prevention and Control (CCPC), is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to provide funds to an organization for the purpose of serving as a technical assistance (TA) partner with MDH. TA will be provided to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), primary care clinics, and/or health systems with primary care clinics that are implementing evidence-based interventions (EBIs) and quality improvement (QI) methods to increase clinic-level colorectal cancer (CRC) screening rates for populations aged 45 to 75 years in clinics with a current CRC screening rate under 60%.
