Project Description: The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Multi-Channel Voice Logging Recorders.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is that a Vendor must have at least 480 points out of 800 in Technical Points and have a total of at least 580 points (combined technical and cost points) out of the possible 1000 points to be eligible for an award.
Length of Contract is 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for at least 1 year.
Administrative Fee is .25%.
