The City University of New York (“CUNY”) seeks to procure a comprehensive, web-based library services platform that will serve over 250,000 students, faculty, and staff across 26 campuses (the “Solution”). The Solution will provide integrated tools for content management, e-reserves, virtual reference, scheduling and booking, forms and surveys, and usage reporting. The Solution must integrate with CUNY’s enterprise systems as further described in Part 3 and in Attachment A to this RFP. Interested respondents are highly encouraged to review in detail the attached solicitation documents and if the minimum qualifications are met, to submit a proposal in full accordance with the submission requirements as detailed within.
