Description

As part of continuing Market Research, this announcement is not a notice of solicitation issuance. This is a notice for planning purposes only; intended to obtain questions/feedback from industry and to determine the availability of firms capable to provide the contemplated services. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, FEMA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Proposal (RFP), if one is issued. Respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. Should solicitations be issued, they will be issued pursuant to the acquisition strategy selected by the Contracting Officer and the applicable procurement regulations.
