The purpose for this amendment is to better describe the requirement and the specific quantities. The attached components list only makes up 1 Full Spectrum MTN Kit. The total kits required is 24.

Offerors are required to acknowledge solicitation and any amendments by completing blocks 30b and 30c and signing block 30a of the SF1449.
