AMENDMENT 0001



The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation closing date from 12 February 2025 to 26 February 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).





The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this 100% Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of Pump Oil.







This solicitation, W912CH-25-Q-0012, will result in a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with 100% Option for the procurement of the following:







Noun: Pump Oil



NSN: 1040-01-612-3498



Quantity: 365 Boxes (BX)



Option Quantity: 365 BX







There is an export controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement, distribution code C, limiting access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors.







Offerors shall make every effort to submit accurate proposals and are cautioned to carefully read the solicitation instructions and review the Technical Data Package prior to submitting a proposal.







Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/).



When requesting access to this solicitation's TDP, please submit your firm's approved DD2345 to the Point of Contact of this posting for review and approval.







The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.







Please submit one copy of your offer, in accordance with Section A of the solicitation, to be considered for award.







Proposals are due no later than 26 February 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days following the offer due date.







NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
