This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The Center for Countermeasures (CCM) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a ruggedized, portable, and transportable two-color infrared (IR) stimulator system. The system must leverage Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components and meet Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 8 or higher to support aircrew training by replicating IR-based threat systems.
