The City of Irving Water Utilities Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualifications to provide professional services for the preparation of a Request for Proposal (RFP) and possible project management services needed to replace the existing Advanced Metering Infrastructure located in Irving, TX.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online. All responses to questions will be released in the form of an addendum after the cut off for submitting questions has passed.
The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
