The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Notice of Intent of to award a single source firm fixed price supply contract to BOSS LASER LLC , because BOSS Laser LLC , is the only provider of the BOSS HP 3655 Laser with 6 tubing and fan and Boss HP 5598 Gen V-H. See attached equipment and required accessories list. If you believe that your company is authorized to provide BOSS Laser LLC equipment and accessories, then please provide your information to raymond.tracey@va.gov by February 18, 2025, 1:00 PM EST.
The applicable NAICS Code is 333248 and the size standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be considered; however, it is at the Government s discretion to determine whether to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice.
