ADDENDUM NO. 4
TO THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR
Town of Middlebury
2026 Municipal Paving Project
Your attention is directed to the following changes in, additions to, or deletions from the Contract
Documents for the Town of Middlebury 2026 Municipal Paving Project. This complete
Addendum, including attachments, shall be included within the Contract Documents and shall
take precedence in the case of any discrepancies.
BIDDER must acknowledge receipt of all ADDENDA on the BID or may be considered non-
responsive. This Addendum consists of one (1) page.
1. Advertisement for Bids: REVISE the bid opening and due date and time to Monday, May
11, 2026 at 10:30 A.M.
2. Special Conditions: REMOVE Special Condition 14 - Rubber Tired Roller Equipment in its
entirety.
Questions During Bid Phase
QUESTION: Your requirements for the rubber-tired roller significantly limits who can
bid this project. I can't even rent one. Can you consider removing the
requirement?
ANSWER: Yes, see above.
