THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) ANNOUNCEMENT. This RFQ posting will allow the Government to identify interested sources who are eligible of meeting all requirements. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside solicitation. The quotes gathered will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method and will be subject to a contract award. Only Small Business Entities responses will be evaluated. All requested information in this solicitation must be submitted in order to be considered for award. All proprietary or sensitive corporate information shall be clearly marked. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents.
This announcement in no way obligates or commits the Government to acquire any product or service. There shall be no basis for claims against the Government as a result of information submitted in response to this RFQ.
The United States Border Patrol (USBP) San Diego Sector (SDC), Fleet Management requires ten (10) new Mobile LED Light Towers. The contractor shall meet all the requirements stated in attached Statement of Work.
All interested vendors should respond to this notice by providing a formal quote (see RFQ attached), capability statement, Pictures/Designs (if available), socioeconomic status (Small Business Category), UEI, and GSA Schedule Contract number (if applicable).
