Office of the Foster Youth Ombudsperson (OOFY) requests proposals to conduct qualitative research to better understand the usage and experiences of Extended Foster Care in Minnesota (EFC), including possible opportunities for improvement, barriers to access, and benefits of EFC. While there has been some research in other states regarding EFC participation and usage, there is little data specific to youth in Minnesota.
