A virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Sustainment III, which will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, is scheduled to take place 16 January 2026 at 10:15 am Eastern Time via Microsoft Teams.

Attached is a current DRAFT of the RFP. ****This is not a formal Request for Proposals.**** The Government will accept questions until 13 January 2026 via email to the Contract Specialist, Jessica Meddick, jessica.l.meddick.civ@us.navy.mil. The answers to the questions submitted prior to the deadline will be posted to SAM.gov or addressed during the live event as time allows.
