- Summary:The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide Lynchburg City Schools with in-person special education services when needed for: occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, RN, LPN, psychological evaluation, BCaBA, BCBA, teachers of the visually impaired, and teachers of the deaf or hard of hearing services. LCS reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors to ensure all required/requested services can be met.
