EEA is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide data and data analysis services related to water usage in Massachusetts at both household and fixture levels. The project requires a vendor with existing datasets which include at a minimum monthly data on indoor, outdoor, and total water use, including detailed statistics on water consumption per capita and per household. The analysis should include water use patterns for various household fixtures such as toilets, showers, and faucets, as well as outdoor watering day and time statistics. The selected vendor will also collect and analyze household level data to provide insights into water use trends and factors influencing consumption. The overall goal is to provide an understanding of water usage patterns that can inform future water policy efforts and improve water efficiency programs at both the state and local levels
