New construction includes 2 single story additions totaling of approximately 15,000sf. Work includes slab on grade foundations, aluminum glazed openings, asphalt shingle pitched roofing and cedar wood shingles. The renovation of the airport is comprised of approximately 5,000sf. This bid is open to Prequalified General Contractors and Filed Sub-Bid Contractors only, except Misc. Metals and Terrazzo Filed Sub-Bid Categories, which are open to all Bidders.
