Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Public Safety/ Vermont Emergency Management (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking proposals for remote training delivery of three discipline specific, technical rescue training programs. The three programs shall cover the following rescue disciplines: one rope rescue operations, one confined space rescue operations and technician, and one trench rescue operations and technician level course. The proposal must meet the parameters set forth in NFPA 2500 (2022 edition) and 1006 (2021 Edition). The programs will be scheduled at a time/location agreed upon by the VT USAR TF-1 Program Manager. The programs shall be separated by the three disciplines. Each discipline specific program must be delivered in succession, over five consecutive days, by the awarded single contractor
