The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to establish an annual preventative maintenance agreement for the JEOL JSM-6390 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), stage, detector, and chiller.
