APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The requirement is for installing and maintaining residential Central Alarm Monitoring System (CAMS) at U.S. Embassy Mbabane, Eswatini. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value for the Government. When considering contract award, all evaluation factors, other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price.
The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
