The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners requests sealed bids for the sale by the County of the following real estate:
The Board of County Commissioners has a set a minimum bid of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) for the parcel as follows:
1. 100 N Lake Street
Crescent City, Florida 32112
Approx. 2.94 Acres – The Pavilion at Crescent Lake for Nursing and Rehabilitation
Parcel ID: 30-12-28-1750-0200-0010 There is current lease on the property by Cimerron Properties, Inc. The lease will extend through June 30, 2032. The Lessee will have the right to renew the lease for up to two (2) additional terms of 10 years by giving the Lessor a Notice of Renewal not later than 6 months, but no earlier than 12 months, prior to the expiration of the Lease Term.
