Project Description: Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, hereafter referred to as NRHA, hereby seeks sealed bids to Cathodic Protection System Inspections, Gas Surveys, and Related Services. Bids will be received through the Bonfire Interactive Portal until 3:00 PM Norfolk, Virginia local time on December 5, 2025. Bid submissions through the Bonfire Interactive Portal will not be accepted once the due date and time has been reached. Final date for questions is November 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST time. After this date, questions will not be accepted.
