INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received at the City of Douglas City Hall, 302 South Madison Ave.,
Douglas, Georgia, up to February 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The bids will be publicly
opened and read at the City of Douglas Council Chambers for the purchase of the
following:
FY’26 City of Douglas Boiler Removal and Water Heater Replacement

The City of Douglas reserves the right to accept the lowest, most acceptable bid and
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. No late bids will be accepted. City
