Solicitation No. 75H70725Q00008 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for new X-Ray Quality Assurance Measurement System for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) and Mescalero Service Unit (MSU).
This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.
