Description

This will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with payment being made via IPP.gov at completion of the project. This is a 100% small business set aside. The visitor center is open to the public and we are planning a one time officail site visiton Wednesday Sept 3 at 11am.

The Lennox air conditioning unit that services the conference room at the Tonto Basin Visitor Center needs replacement. Initial inspection revealed that varmints chewed through some of the wiring, and when the air conditioner was turned on it caused the compressor to burn out and fail.

This contract will require the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools, including incidentals, necessary to replace the old air conditioner unit.
