In order to sustain Library performance, support and advance the educational mission of the Academy, and provide the necessary resources to sustain faculty research agendas, the Nimitz Library must own key scholarly materials in the humanities, sciences, engineering, and professions. These resources must provide the uniquely curated intellectual property necessary for the Academy’s specific educational and research needs.
a. Full-text access to the selected Sage online journals and reference resources.
b. Articles must be indexable by the Library’s Ex Libris Alma and Primo systems.
c. Product use data meeting the COUNTER standard using must be provided on a regular basis.
d. Publisher POC should respond within one business day to all technical and content questions and problems posed by the Library’s POC.
e. The content provider must be able to be signatory on bi-lateral license and terms & conditions agreements.
