THE CITY OF BENTON invites all qualified general contractors to submit Qualifications and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the position of Construction Manager on a new facility for the Benton Animal Services & Adoption Shelter, located on South Market Street in Benton, Arkansas. The facility consists of a 9,956 SF Building and 1.64 acres of site development.
