Request for bid for community safe room/shelter
The City of Bergman is interested in procuring a contractor to install a community safe room/shelter per FEMA guidelines and testing to provide protection from natural hazards for up to 75 people. The project is funded by a federal domestic assistance grant.
NOTE: Procedures for selection of a contractor will be in accordance with procurement requirements of the Uniform Guidance.
All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, capacity and price. The proposal obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process will be awarded the contract.
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Proposal (RFP) package from Ms. Tina M. Cole at NWAEDD, Inc., by calling 870-741-3678 or e-mailing tcole@nwaedd.org
All interested parties must submit their response to the RFP package to Tina M Cole, NWAEDD, 818 Hwy 62-65N, Harrison, AR 72601 no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on October 30th, 2024.
