Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Wastewater System Improvements – Lift Station Rehabilitation for the Town of Birdsong, Arkansas, will be received by the Honorable Ronnie Johnson, Mayor, at the office of Town Hall located at 261 North 308 Drive, Tyronza, Birdsong, Arkansas 72386 until 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of removal of existing pump enclosure, pumping equipment, and controls and installation of new suction-lift pumping equipment, controls, and enclosure. Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($100.00 cost per hardcopy set obtained, non-refundable) at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 (PH: 870-972-5316); John S. Selig, P.E., Cell PH: 870-273-4185, email: jselig@ce-associates.biz . Bidding Documents may also be downloaded at www.questcdn.com . Reference QuestCDN project number 9344292 for a non-refundable charge of $30.00. Contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration, downloading digital project information, and vBid online bid submittal. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholders List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid. Online submittal of bids will be accepted for an additional, non-refundable charge of $30.00. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
