Cornelia 2025 Paving

Sealed Bids for construction of Cornelia 2025 Paving Project will be received until the bid closing time of January 28, 2025 at 3:00PM local time. Bids must be submitted by the Bidder electronically through QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be accepted. Any bid received after the bid closing time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Base Cost of all Bids will be posted by the Owner/Engineer to the QuestCDN website within approximately 30 minutes after the bid closing time. The work to be completed shall consist of all labor, equipment, and materials required to pave approximately 6,000 LF (1,100 TN) of asphalt roadway in Cornelia, GA, complete with road base replacement, milling, backfilling, striping, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. This project also includes approximately 150 LF storm infrastructure and 300 LF of sidewalk and curb and gutter. Time allotted for completion of work is 90 calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
