NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), is currently conducting market research seeking capability statements from potential sources, including small businesses. The purpose of the effort is to bring in expertise to support the maturation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the autonomy capabilities for perceiving and analyzing the mission space, generating and selecting/suggesting courses of action (COAs), executing the action, and evaluating mission performance for teams of aircraft.   There is an emphasis on aircraft agnostic AI and autonomy capabilities that support a high degree of scalability and explainability.





All interested vendors shall submit a response to the Primary Points of Contact listed below demonstrating their capabilities and past experience to perform the requirements listed in the attached Request for Information (RFI). Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. As stipulated in FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation (Request for Proposal) exists at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government’s discretion.





All interested vendors shall submit a capabilities statement that demonstrates their capabilities and past experience to provide/perform the requirements stated in the attached RFI. Please follow the submission instructions contained in the attached RFI. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M.
