Description
NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul services to return Heavy Logistics Vehicle Wheeled (HLVW) hydraulic cylinders, winches, assemblies, and related components to a fully serviceable condition.
The Work will be carried out for a period of three (3) years from date of the contract with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Policy on Reciprocal Procurement
This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
New Mandatory Forms
Offers must complete and submit Annex Offer Submission Form and Annex Offeror Declaration Form along with their offer.
Design Data List (DDL)
The requirement contains DDL, drawings and specifications. To order a copy of the DDL, drawings, and specifications, Offerors must contact the Contracting Authority by email and provide their full mailing address. If Offerors have not received the documents at least ten (10) calendar days prior to solicitation of offers closing date, Offerors should communicate with the Contracting Authority.
“Annex Confidentiality Agreement” must be signed by the Offeror.
Debriefings
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) business days from receipt of the results of the solicitation of offers process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
