Request for Proposal (RFP)

The City of Compton is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations, community-based service providers, and housing agencies to administer activities under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP).

This RFP seeks proposals to implement one or both of the following components:

  1. Supportive Services for qualifying populations, and/or
  2. Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)
