Electrical Box Art Wraps

CALL FOR BID

The City of Oak Harbor will receive bids until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2025, to contract with a vendor to install wrap designs on electrical equipment in numerous Oak Harbor, Washington, locations. The designs will be provided, but the selected vendor will be responsible for printing the digital design on vinyl wrap material to be placed on transformer cabinets. This will be a phased-in project, and the wraps are intended to help mitigate graffiti and create artful objects within the public sites.

The City of Oak Harbor reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities in the form of bids. The City also reserves the right to waive individual specifications if it is satisfied that the bid otherwise meets the performance standards set by these specifications.
