Description
The Minnesota Department of Corrections (“DOC”) newly formed Evidence-Based Practices (“EBP”) Unit is currently working to support cognitive group facilitators and EBP trainers (to train other statewide corrections staff) of multiple curricula. Group facilitators and new trainers are expected to attend a course to enhance their facilitation and training skills. With the current rapid growth of the EBP unit and multiple initiatives and policies increasing the need for professional growth and effective programming, it is necessary to look outside of the unit to contract for these professional services provided in 2025.
The EBP Unit’s goal with this contract is to provide our staff facilitators innovative techniques that increase the quality of our facilitation and confidence of our facilitators, whether we are facilitating a program or curriculum to clients, or training our staff to become more proficient and effective in their work with clients.
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No non-electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
