Purpose of Proposal: The purpose of this bid is to enter into a contract with a vendor for the service and/or repair of ovens, ranges, steam tables, heat holding cabinets, braisers, kettles, pressure cookers/steamers, tilted skillets, exhaust hoods, combi ovens, etc. for the period of January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
Qualifications:
Bidders shall be of known reputation and shall have sufficient qualified personnel and equipment to adequately service and/or repair the Board of Education’s oven/ranges, steam tables, heat holding cabinets, braisers, kettles, pressure cookers and etc. Bidder shall have been the owner of an operating contracting business for the past five (5) years in performance of servicing and repairing various cooking and holding equipment as included in this specification.
Bidders shall submit such evidence of qualifications as required by the Board’s Purchasing Agent by filling out the enclosed Contractor’s Questionnaire.
