This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide services for list management, list brokerage, and data processing requirements for Texas Highways magazine and/or other travel literature. To include the rental of names for the purposes of direct promotion, which averages ordering 1,300,000 names annually. Along with the merging and purging of lists against the current Texas Highways mailing list to avoid duplication.
