Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project is at the UVU Sparks Automotive Building and includes replacing most interior lighting with new L.E.D. fixtures, removing roof deck mounted heaters and installing new radiant heaters, and adding large fans to the shop area to improve air circulation. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. The construction window for this work is during the 2026 Summer Break – May 10, 2026 through August 17, 2026.
Construction Cost Estimate: $650,000.00
