Description
Sources Sought Notice

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is seeking sources for the following procurement:

The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, VAMC, requires the removal of the existing Philips Xper Information Management system and installation of a new Philips Interventional Cardiology Workspace (Xper IM) system. The installation includes installing all necessary software, hardware, O2 sterile tubing, patient cuffs, the integration of all software and hardware components, and to provide training of the system to VA personnel.

System to be delivered and installed at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple, TX 76504, 90 days ARO.

NCO 17 is seeking sources from firms that can provide these items and services. Firms that can provide these items/services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of this notice to be considered. Capable firms must identify their company name and are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement (if readily available) with their response.

This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice.
