The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) – Emergency Department, located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award to the following:
For various supplies inclusive of miscellaneous medical supplies, disposable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), mattress pads, labels, wrist bands, clamps for wrist bands, gowns, probe covers, catheters, gloves, etc. to be ordered on an as needed basis to operate and meet the needs of providing quality patient care in an emergency setting for the Emergency Department.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 employees. Period of Performance shall be for a Base plus Two (2) Option Years, with a duration of one year from date of award. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized, the contractors above are uniquely qualified to provide the various requested supplies, to ensure direct patient care.
This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than the contractors listed above may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 10:00am EDT on Thursday 06/19/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A solicitation will not be issued.
