Description
The Elbert County School District (ECSD) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the renovation and structural upgrades of the existing rappel tower located at Elbert County Comprehensive High School. This renovation will bring the structure up to code and compliance based on attached inspection reports and will enhance its functionality for rappel, zip line, and climbing activities
